Ben Greenfield – We came across Ben a while ago now, as he does an extremely popular and insightful podcast. What Mr Greenfield doesn’t know about being a healthy man, isn’t worth knowing at all. This guy does the hard work so you don’t have to, backing up all his tips and insights with some serious research.
John Call – Or Jujimufu as he likes to be known, is a complete badass. Often referred to as the Anabolic Acrobat, Jujimufu performs insane feats of strength and mind boggling gymnastics. He posts some awesome videos and knows a serious thing or two about nutrition.
The Rock – Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. Any discussions about modern-day no-holds-barred physical prowess, have to include this man. It’s a great feed, full of inspiring videos that help you kick start your day in the right way!
Mark Sisson – Who? Mark Sisson is a health and fitness veteran, who’s tried and tested the lot. At the grand old age of 63 – I know look at him, what the f right?! He’s still smashing through barriers. He knows his stuff; so if you’re looking to grow old gracefully, but still pack a punch, get on this guy.
Ricky Warren – Last on the list is a calisthenics coach hailing from the big smoke. If you’re looking to get lean, whilst packing some serious bodyweight strength, we reckon this is a good place to start. Alternatively, just marvel at some of the incomprehensible exercise routines he posts.
