White water rafting

Head to Canada for a white-water rafting adventure. You can spot brown bears on the river beaches while the icy cold glacier water splashes your face. The national parks, Jasper and Banff, offer some of the most picturesque white rafting in the world.

Rock climbing

There are varying degrees of rock climbing suited to all levels. Climb with ropes, harnesses or free climb safely. Take a rock-climbing lesson indoors if you are just starting out – or, for very experienced climbers, head to Zion National Parks in the US to climb the 2,000-foot sandstone cliffs.
