Christmas Wish List: For Her
Traditionally most men used to begin their Xmas shopping on Christmas Eve at half three in Woolworths, panic buying anything that hands could be laid on from novelty slippers to helpings of pick n mix. Thankfully we’ve moved on from that stereotype with the likes of Amazon making us even lazier so we don’t even have to move off our couch apart from to answer the door to the delivery driver.
We’ve helped even more this year in the shopping stakes, scouring high and low for some of the most desirable and delivery friendly items that the ladies in your life will love. So whether for your wife, mother, sister, daughter or whoever it might be, here’s our Christmas Wish List: For Her.
The classic Kånken backpack from Fjällräven is loved by millions around the globe and it’s easy to see why. The Kånken was created in Sweden in 1978 and its design has changed little since then in keeping with the old ‘if it ain’t broke’ school of thought.
It comes in a selection of colours made from hard-wearing lightweight Vinylon fabric to keep off dirt and rain with a zip that opens the entire main compartment. It has a very handy removable foam seat cushion stored in the interior back pocket that stops the contents of your pack from stabbing into your back and is always at hand for a comfy sit-down. It’s a tried and tested bit of kit adored by hipsters and humanity in general.
