Expert meat roaster Chan Hon Meng from Singapore makes the most incredible looking melt in your mouth braised chicken with a sumptuous soya sauce from an old recipe that was passed down from his Uncle and costs a mere $1.50. He was recognised by Michelin, however, he has kept his prices the same and continues to churn out hundreds of plates of food a day all from his modest stall.
